This app is what I was looking for after looking at a few others.

You can alter text size,underline, add colors to individual words in a sentence as well as individual letters in a word.

The upgrade price of $2.99 plus .99 cents for the Spanish voice is more than fair for all the customizing abilities you can do to your own cards or ones you can download from the flashcard exchange.

Fast response from the designers as well to answer my questions.
